Stallholder Application

【2026 NSJLE Information】
・Name: 2026 National Symposium on Japanese Language Education (NSJLE)
・Date: October 30-31, 2026 (Fri-Sat)
・Venue:  Melbourne Cricket Ground, Brunton Ave, Richmond VIC 3002

【Fee for the stall】(All inc. GST.)
・$600 for 2-day inc. 1 conference meal for 1 staff + 1 table.
・$400 for 1 day inc. 1 conference meal for 1 staff  + 1 table.
・Additional staff will be charged $99 per day per person.
(Note)
・1 conference meal inc. 1 morning tea, 1 lunch and 1 afternoon tea.
・All staff members are required to register to be on site.
・1 table per 1 stallholder only.
・1 stall can insert up to 3 items to the conference bag (approx. 200 attendees).

【Inserts for the conference bags】(All inc. GST.)
・$100 for the inserts only (up to 3 items such as flyer, booklet, pen etc) to the conference bag (approx. 300 attendees).

【Application Period】
・Application open:  April 10 (Fri)
・Application close: June 1, 2026
・Outcome notification: June 8 (Mon)
(Note)
・ Due to limited spaces, we have limited places available for stallholders. ln case of too many applications, we will hold a draw for place allocation.
・ All applicants will be notified outcomes.

If yes, we tried to allocate your table closer to the power point but not guaranteed. Please bring your power cable if necessary.
